Message	I used to live in Tucson and one day on the way to Phoenix I was going about 140 in a supercharged GTA when I came up on two semi trucks (one in each lane) and I had not a prayers chance of stopping in time so I rode the shoulder on the right to pass them at about 100mph when just as I came out from the truck ---guess what I saw (and he saw me) sitting right on the inner medium---Mr Policeman....needless to say I just pulled over even before he pulled out....he clocked me at 119 but gave me the ticket for 96 mph (it helps to have USMC plates) and I paid a $300+ fine.
